Punishment of the crime

Around 03:20 on July 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered a special roomB where the victim D(51 years of age was drinking; (b) demanded the victim to continue drinking without going through the room even after having received drinking; and (c) demanded the victim to continue drinking without going through the room; and (d) caused the victim’s injury to the victim by getting back the part of the treatment days, which is a dangerous object on the table table of the victim, one time, and having the victim’s head on the part of the treatment days.
