Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of one year and ten months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeonju District Court on December 15, 2006, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a term of one year and six months at the Jeonju District Court on July 23, 2008 for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Jeonju District Court on September 13, 2010, and was sentenced to three years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeonju District Court on November 21, 2013, and completed the execution of the said punishment on March 4, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. A criminal defendant who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes has habitually stolen another person's property and has been sentenced twice or more, and again attempted to steals the victims' property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed, as follows:

A. On December 7, 2017, around 12:40 on December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) classified the first race into the victim C victim C’s detached house in Incheon Strengthening-gun, and confirmed that there is no person inside the house; (b) opened a kitchen window that does not come up with the inner fence; and (c) intruded inside the bank, and (d) cut off with 10,500 won in cash owned by the victim from the victim’s room and one cell phone of the market price in distress.

B. On January 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door that does not lock the E-Poter freight cars parked in a parking lot adjacent to the other elementary school of the Republic of Korea, 376, a shot-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yan-si, Yan-si; and (b) opened the same at around 17:2, the Defendant:

In the division, 3 copies of the Agricultural Cooperative Card owned by the victim F and one vehicle key were stolen.

The Defendant, at around 13:55 on February 3, 2018, opened a steering house that was parked at the front city and opened at 11 p.m. 11 p.m., which was parked at the front city, and thereafter, owned by the Defendant H.
