A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on January 5, 2012.

2. 피고인은 2014. 3. 초순경 인천 연수구 E에 있는 피해자 F(남, 50세)가 운영하는 ‘G’ 찜질방에서 술에 취해 손님들에게 “씹할 놈! 개 같은 자식!” 등 큰 소리로 욕설을 하여 그 곳에 있던 손님들을 퇴실하게 함으로써 약 40분간 위력으로 피해자 F의 목욕장 영업을 방해하였다.

3. 피고인은 2014. 4. 초순경 위 ‘G’ 남자탈의실에서 손님들에게 “개새끼들아! 뭘 쳐다봐 ”라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고 그 곳에 있던 손님들과 실랑이를 하여 손님들을 퇴실하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자 F의 목욕장 영업을 방해하였다.

On May 2014, the Defendant prevented the victim from entering the said restaurant by 30 minutes of the victim I (n, 72 years of age) who had the victim I (n, the 72 years of age) in a “J” restaurant operated by Yeonsu-gu Incheon City H market, from entering the restaurant with a large amount of voice, such as “Y-gu Mobro sp and flabsp,” and thereby preventing the victim from entering the restaurant.
