Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Class B truck.

On June 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the above motor vehicle on June 20:40, and led to the flow of the motor vehicle zone in front of the lux apartment 45-gil, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, along the three lanes from the west Station to the west Zone, at an insular speed.

Since the location is an intersection where signal, etc. is installed, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to live well with the signal, etc. and to proceed in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the vehicle of the Defendant, which was driven by the victim C (the age of 26) who was left to the left under the new subparagraph on the road adjacent to the mast intersection by negligence in contravention of the signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as catitis and tension, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
