The reasoning of the court of first instance’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 15 through 17, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiffs’ assertion as evidence submitted additionally by the court of first instance, and therefore, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
