A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 21:40 on October 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent a string to a private teaching institute bus (47 passengers) operated by the victim C (59 years of age) who was temporarily parked in front of the Gu-U.S. B apartment on the street; (b) was refused by the victim; (c) was placed at the victim’s rejection; and (d) was placed at the victim and the victim were at the time, with a stone (10cm, 10cm, 10cm in height, 10cm in height, and 10cm in height) which is a dangerous object during the time when she was in operation with the victim.

2. On October 21, 2018, at around 21:55, the Defendant: (a) was arrested of a flagrant offender from E during the process of carrying out a police box of the former American Police Station, which was sent to the place under paragraph (1) upon receipt of a report by C-C-12 on October 21, 2018; (b) the Defendant resisted the right-hand side of the police box of the same police box, which was sent to the place under paragraph (1), one time to the right-hand side; and (c) continuously arrested a flagrant offender and moved to the police box while carrying the same patrol box to the police box.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders in the above E and F.
