A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim B (a family, female, C) and D (a family name, female, E).

1. Crimes against victims D;

A. 피고인은 피해자의 바지와 속옷을 벗기고, 피해자를 그곳에 있던 안마의자에 강제로 눕혀 입으로 피해자의 음부를 약 2분 정도 빤 후 피해자 위에 올라탔고, 울면서 소리를 지르는 피해자의 입을 손으로 막아 반항을 억압한 다음 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 음부에 삽입하였다.
