Reasons
Punishment of the crime
I. "201 Highest 6619";
1. The Defendant was responsible for the overall management of the branch fund, including the management of the funds of the branch fund, as the branch director of the “CFD branch”, the victim from July 19, 2010 to April 13, 201.
Around July 20, 2010, the Defendant received 10,800,000 won from the private office to the Busan bank account in the name of Cranchis A managed by the Defendant and kept for the above branch for the above branch. On or around July 20, 2010, the Defendant personally borrowed eight million won from July 20, 2010 to Franchis E with the Defendant’s friendship on or around July 27, 2010.

Around September 30, 2010, the fraud Defendant: (a) at a mutually influent restaurant located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) at the Defendant’s office located in Seo-gu, Busan, on October 4, 2010, the Defendant, despite having received the Defendant’s case for job placement from the Defendant’s elementary school dong G, employed the Defendant’s son, who is the victim’s son even if there is no intention or ability to do so; (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant falsely referred to as “to have the son, up to November 2010, employed the son, who would be up to KRW 20 million at the expense of the case, without being up to KRW 20 million.” (d) On the part of the Defendant’s office located in Seo-gu, Busan, and, on October 4, 2010, acquired KRW 10 million in total from the victim.
II. On June 14, 2011, the Defendant stated that “Around June 14, 2011, the J real estate office located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, would have a victim work with the National Pension Service despite having no intent or ability to have the victim work with the National Pension Service,” and that “A would have the victim work with the National Pension Service up to July 201, 200,000 won as the case cost,” and that it is said that “A will have the victim work with the National Pension Service from July 201, 200,000 won as the case fee.”
