A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the defendant is performing disaster safety management support duties as social work personnel belonging to Incheon Traffic Corporation B, from May 7, 2015 to the same year.
