The sentence against the defendant shall be sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime No. 1, No. 2-B of the ruling, and the crime No. 3 of the ruling.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months for a violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and a suspended sentence of two years for the same year.

8.8 The judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Whether the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., posted a phone call to the victim C (38 years) on January 19, 2014, around Gwangju, around 19:03, thereby making the victim’s speech to the victim.

Therefore, the author repeatedly puts on the bulletin board of the D public box and the restaurant website that the victim operates and manages 102 times as shown in attached Table 2, including the phrase "I am again and I am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you am you."

By doing so, the Defendant repeatedly reached the victim with the sound and text that arouses fear and apprehension through information and communication network.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On May 20, 2014, the Defendant had access to the passenger room bulletin board of the said pention and restaurant website at the irregular site around Gwangju (Seoul) around May 20, 2014 and had promised to make the said pention guest room as of May 24, 2014, and from that time, the same year.

7. From November 27, 2014 to 19:30, the Defendant, as shown in the List 2, made a false promise at the guest room bulletin board, thereby hindering the victim’s business from doing so by deceptive means (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Da1548, Nov. 27, 2014). (b) obstructed the victim’s business by force (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Da1548, Nov. 27, 2014).
