A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on January 30, 2008, a fine of two million won for the same crime from the Gyeyang Branch of the Suwon District Court on August 28, 2009, and a fine of three million won for the same crime at the same court on November 13, 2009.

On December 24, 2014, while under the influence of 0.20:45% of alcohol content, the Defendant driven B T-XG car as a job, and proceeded at the speed of the king-dong, king-dong, king-dong, the Defendant: (a) while neglecting his/her duty of care under the influence of alcohol; (b) while neglecting his/her duty of care under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant she sawd the two-lanes of the victim C-U.D. of the signal signal in the above one-lane to repair the victim’s vehicle from the shooting distance to the direction of light water; (c) by failing to take necessary measures such as repair of the victim’s vehicle from the victim’s vehicle to the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (d) at the same time, the victim and passenger G; and (d) the victim’s vehicle from the victim’s vehicle to the back part of the E-U.S. driver’s vehicle to the victim’s vehicle without any injury to the victim and the victim’s vehicle from the victim’s vehicle.
