Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2014, around 01:02, the Defendant left the door of a vehicle to steal money, goods, etc. on the front road of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Nam, 31 years of age) owned by the victim C (Nam, 31 years of age). However, the Defendant failed to carry out an attempted attempt due to having a correction device.
