Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) In indicating the agency, department, internal regulation, etc. of the E University (hereinafter referred to as the “E University”), the Defendant shall, without stating the E University, include only the name of the relevant agency, department, internal regulation, etc.

(2) On March 1, 1997, Plaintiff A was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at the management information department (former digital management department) on March 1, 1999 and served as an associate professor on March 1, 2004, respectively.

3) On March 1, 1997, Plaintiff B was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer of the occupational administration department (current police administration department) and was promoted to an assistant professor on March 1, 1999. On March 1, 2001, he was transferred to the management information department (current digital management department) and was promoted to the associate professor on March 1, 2005. Plaintiff C was employed as an associate professor on March 1, 2005. Plaintiff C was newly appointed as an assistant professor on March 1, 1994, and was employed as an assistant professor on April 1, 1996, the associate professor on April 1, 2001, and the associate professor on October 1, 2007, respectively.

B. On October 7, 2008, the Defendant: (a) established a restructuring plan for the normalization of the management of E University, which is in conflict with the government’s university structure reform policy; (b) due to rapid decline in the enrollment registration rate of new students; and (c) on January 6, 2009, the Authority Committee selected four departments, such as digital management, environmental health, and environmental health, to which the Plaintiffs belong, as the departments subject to self restructuring (from the 2010Do to the suspension of student recruitment). (b) On June 26, 2009, the Defendant suspended the recruitment of new students of the said four departments, such as digital management, and environmental preservation, from the 2010Do to the 1st Teaching Committee, by opening the 2010Do to the 2010.

“Resolution” has been adopted, and the contents of the closure and disposition of this case from September 30, 2009 to October 9, 2009 are included.
