Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of a passenger car to be observer B.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on May 29, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front speed of the terminal center of the dong-gu Seoul metropolitan bus in Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong on May 29, 2016.
