1. The Defendant: (a) from November 28, 2013, 100,000 won to Plaintiff A; (b) from Plaintiff B, 70,000,000 won to each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 28, 2012, Plaintiff A leased KRW 100,00,00 to D, which was the former husband of the Defendant, at the maturity of November 28, 2013 and at the rate of 2.5% per month of interest (hereinafter “instant loan obligation”). On the same day, the Defendant completed the registration of the establishment of a lease on a deposit basis as set forth in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) with the Changwon District Court No. 11700, Nov. 28, 2012, with respect to the building as set forth in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) in order to secure the Plaintiff’s first loan obligation.
B. On August 6, 2013, Plaintiff B loaned KRW 70,000,00 to D with a maturity of KRW 2.5% on August 5, 2014 and interest monthly (hereinafter “instant loan loan obligation”). On the same day, Plaintiff B added the instant loan obligations to Plaintiff B with a maturity of KRW 70,000,00 and KRW 2.5% on August 5, 2014, and on the same day, the Defendant added the instant lease obligation to each of the instant loan obligations (hereinafter “each of the instant loan obligations”). On the same day, the instant building as indicated in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) in order to secure Plaintiff B’s second loan obligations. The instant building as the instant building was combined with the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon (hereinafter “each of the instant lease lease”).
C. Meanwhile, the Defendant remitted KRW 2,50,00 on December 30, 2012, KRW 2,50,000 on the interest basis of each of the instant loan obligations, KRW 2,50,00 on January 29, 2013, KRW 29.2,50,00 on July 29, 2013, and KRW 250,000 on August 27, 2013, respectively, and KRW 0,50,00 on March 4, 2013, KRW 0,50,000 on the interest basis of each of the instant loan obligations, and KRW 2,50,000, KRW 2,50,000 on March 28, 2013, KRW 200,50, KRW 300,000 on the 30,50,000 on the 30,5,2013.
