Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2012, around 22:45, the Defendant, within the Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City 19-5 “Blue Children Park,” was under the influence of alcohol to the victim C (Nam, 58 years of age) who was seated in a park while under the influence of alcohol and, without a clear reason, expressed that the victim’s face was “brut” and she was able to have the victim’s face PC used in his/her hand two times, and caused the victim’s injury that could not know the number of days of treatment.
