Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2013, at around 08:10, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim D (1962) who had a good appraisal on the front road in Gwangju Northern-gu C on the road in Gwangju Northern-gu, and was under the influence of alcohol from the vehicle, and caused the victim to injure the victim's face by drinking his/her son; (b) continuously booming the victim's face; and (c) assaulted the victim, such as having the face face on one occasion with his/her head and having the part on one occasion of his/her hair, and caused the victim to incur a hole on the left side of the road.
