Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

On February 20, 2009, the Defendant had been sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of attempted special robbery, etc. at the Incheon District Court on February 4, 2012. On November 9, 2012, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the said punishment on May 24, 2013.

1. The Defendant used the stolen credit cards over 34 occasions, as described in the attached Table No. 1 in the Seoul Jongno-gu District in the same manner in the same manner as in the attached Table No. 34 times during the period from around that time to August 2, 2013, and acquired property and property benefits equivalent to the total amount of KRW 1,795,000.

3.
