Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant connected online game “D” room in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, to “D” room and sold an item to the victim E by selling the item.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant received money from the injured party for the purpose of selling money, and did not have the intention or ability to sell the items to the injured party.

The Defendant, as above, received KRW 155,00 from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by money.

2. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant would sell an item to the victim F in the same manner at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1).

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant received money from the injured party for the purpose of selling money, and did not have the intention or ability to sell the items to the injured party.

The Defendant, as above, received 30,000 won in the name of item price from the injured party to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from the injured party and acquired it by money.

3. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant would sell an item to the victim G in the same manner at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1).

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant received money from the injured party for the purpose of selling money, and did not have the intention or ability to sell the items to the injured party.

The Defendant, as above, received KRW 34,00 from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by money.
