A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in a loan business without any trade name in Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and B01 from February 15, 2017, and a person who intends to engage in a loan business shall register with the authority having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business by place of business, and if a unregistered credit service provider lends a loan, the interest rate shall not exceed 25% per annum.
