When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a freight vehicle B in the column B from the section of about 4 km to the street of the same Gu from the upper road of Hanyang-gu, Hanyang-gu, Hanyang-si (Sadong) to the upper road of the same Gu (Sadong).
