1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 18,553,904 and KRW 18,00,000 among them, the Defendant Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association shall take on October 15, 2013.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The building listed in the separate sheet of this case (hereinafter “the instant real estate”). However, in the separate sheet of this case, “301” owned a Maam comprehensive construction company, and as to this, the Defendant registered the ownership transfer right claim registration on the ground of the sales contract dated March 16, 2005. C completed the registration of ownership transfer registration on the ground of the sale as of September 26, 2006, and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer registration on the ground of the purchase and sale contract as of July 26, 2007.

B. The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C and Defendant B, the owner of the instant real estate, as a broker of E, who operated the office of licensed real estate agents, with the lease deposit of KRW 45,00,000, and the period from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 201 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

C. On August 1, 2009, the Plaintiff paid a lease deposit and received the said real estate, and the same month.

3. Completion of the move-in report and obtaining the fixed date in the lease contract; and

On the other hand, today Love Co., Ltd., a person entitled to provisional registration of the instant real estate, completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 22, 2009 with respect to the said real estate, and on July 4, 2011, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with Love and Love Co., Ltd. with respect to the said real estate during the contract period from August 1, 201 to July 31, 2013.

E. On June 2013, the Plaintiff issued a verbal notice that the instant lease agreement does not be renewed to Love Co., Ltd., and the same year.

7. 8. At the time of the expiration of the lease agreement, a certificate of content of claiming the return of the lease deposit was sent.

F. Before leaving the instant real estate, the Plaintiff applied for the order of lease registration of a house (2013Kada 1902) to the Busan District Court before leaving the Busan District Court, and was ordered to register the right of lease of a house on August 13, 2013, and went out of the said real estate around that time
