The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: “Donate was donated” under Section 2, Section 10 of the judgment of the court of first instance; “No. 11 was made on July 19, 2012; “No. 2014, Apr. 9, 2014”; and “a lineal descendant” under Section 22 of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except where “her spouse” is deemed as “her spouse,” and thus, it is acceptable as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance which partially accepted the plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants is justifiable. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
