1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party to the instant condominium building (hereinafter “instant condominium building”) and its ancillary facilities (hereinafter “instant condominium building”). The Plaintiff is a party to the instant apartment building, a total of 1st and 207 households (4 households in the first floor, 2nd and second floor, 201 households in the urban living housing and officetels), which were constructed on the ground of Busan-gun C, Busan-gun.

(2) Defendant B is the executor and executor of the instant aggregate building construction and sales business.

3) The Defendant’s housing guarantee is a person who has entered into a contract for the repair of defects on the instant aggregate building with Defendant B as seen below. B) Defendant B filed a report on the commencement of the instant aggregate building construction around April 2013, and received a pre-use inspection on the said aggregate building from the captain-Gun office, the competent authority, around December 2014.

2) Defendant B obtained approval of the public announcement of invitation on August 21, 2014, and entered into a sales contract with the buyer of the instant aggregate building and each of the instant aggregate buildings from that time. Defendant B completed registration of preservation of ownership of the instant aggregate buildings on January 14, 2015, and completed each of the sectional owners’ registration procedures thereafter.

From December 17, 2014 to December 16, 2015 (1 year) 2 E 93,113,622 to December 17, 2014, the F 34,490,90 to December 16, 2016 (2 years) 4 G 5,868,83, 173 to December 16, 2017 to December 16, 2017 (3) the Defendant’s warranty insurance policy against each of the following 4 G 5,868, 448, 173 to December 16, 2018 (14 to December 16, 2015 to the head of the Gun: 5,490,90 to December 17, 2014 to December 16, 2017 (3 years).
