Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cgner vehicles.

1. Around 01:20 on February 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle about 1 Km from the road front of the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-dong 184-18, Nam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.13%.
