The defendant is a person who drives a bus B with universal bus.

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant used three lanes in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, 79 IBK Enterprise Bank, a four-lane road in front of the 79 IBK Enterprise Bank, to the 1st parallel parallel road from the 3rd parallel parallel road to the 1st parallel road. The Defendant was willing to drive the brupted vehicle by changing the course from four lanes to three-lanes, without using the direction direction etc.
