A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendants, victims C (Nam, 20 years old), victims D (Nam, and 20 years old) are auxiliary police officers belonging to the coast guard group E of the Jeju Provincial Police Agency.

1. Violence;
