If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Incheon District Court, was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on January 3, 2007, and KRW 1.5 million on August 25, 2008, and each of the summary orders of KRW 1.5 million on August 25, 2008. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant driven a BM5 car under the influence of alcohol in approximately 700 meters from the section of about 700 meters of blood alcohol concentration to the front road of Samsung Life, located under the same 302.
