1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 60,848,382 as well as 13.9% per annum from April 9, 2013 to May 8, 2013.

In full view of the facts stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the purport of all pleadings, the plaintiff shall be liable to pay the plaintiff 2.5 billion won of loans with 25 billion tons of high interest and interest calculated at the rate of 13.9% per annum for 48 months from December 8, 2012, with 1,614,126 won, and 1,72,960 won per annum for 1,72,960 won per annum for 20 years from January 8, 2013 to 30.5 billion won, and if the payment of the above installment is in arrears two consecutive times, the plaintiff shall lose the interest of installment payments, and the interest rate of late payment shall be 8.9% per annum for 28.9% per annum for 3 years from January 14, 2012 to 208.3% of the above installment interest rate of 3.4% per annum for 284% of the above installment interest rate per annum for 28.6.3% of the above installment interest rate per annum

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
