A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (fence) in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in a regular Eup prison on November 23, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. Around 12:00 on January 16, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 1.4g g of Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from the head of Gangnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the “Thopopon”) at a fluorous place, which is a fluoral mental medicine that is sealed in paper C.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a local mental medicine.

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant added 0.07g philopon to the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si, the lower part of the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si, and then injected to the Defendant’s left part with a single-use injection device.

B. On January 17, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant injected 0.07ghon into one’s left arms at the small room of the Defendant located in Gwangju-si, and then injected 0.07gon into one’s left arms.

Accordingly, the defendant administered a local mental medicine twice.

3. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant, at around 17:40 of the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si, sent his kitchen to the Defendant’s house, and covered his own kitchen on the gas bags located in Gwangju-si. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) ignited gas bags; and (b) ignited them into the gas bags; and (c) made them spread inside the instant house in a non-breadth.

Accordingly, the defendant and his family members destroyed the above house, which is a E-owner used as a residence.
