A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From February 2011 to August 2012, the Defendant was a director of the E company engaged in the business of corporate diagnosis consulting, etc. in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building 810.
As of December 31, 2009, F (Representative G) had the record of suspending a construction license as the corporation’s capital was below KRW 700 million registered capital, and as of December 31, 201, F (Representative G) did not submit a diagnosis report on the financial status management that “the financial management status is appropriate for the maintenance of an enterprise” in the construction policy of Chungcheongnam-do and until the end of May 2012, F (Representative G) was faced with the situation where the construction license was revoked, and it was refused to request a company diagnosis on the ground that the financial status was inappropriate because it was impossible to satisfy KRW 700 million by normal means from the consulting company at the two sites of the corporate diagnosis.
However, as of December 31, 201, the Defendant received 9,400,000 won from F (the State) for corporate diagnosis with the request for consulting, and, as of December 31, 201, expressed that F (State)’s capital of KRW 700,000 is above 70,000,000.

Alteration of a certificate of balance of deposits issued on May 24, 2012 and the Defendant of the same events at the E company office around May 24, 2012, the Defendant obtained a certificate of deposit balance issued on the bank account (Account Number I) in the name of F (F) issued at the Center in the House of the Bank on the same day from H, who is an employee of F (F) at the E company office on the same day, and obtained a certificate of deposit balance issued on May 24, 2012 and obtained a false statement, including a computer, in a non-fluencing manner, “72,910, Lonecheon-gu, Mancheon-gu, 910, Lonecheon-gu, 700,0000 won” in the column of the above certificate form “the above amount as of December 31, 2011,” respectively, and the lower part of the former part “the above amount as of December 24, 2012,” respectively.
