1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of real estate development consulting business, etc. (2) around January 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with E (hereinafter “E”) with respect to land sale and purchase services in the project site for a period of two months (before ownership) from the commencement date of the contract period, contract amount of 2,500,000,000, and the target area of 1,213,457 square meters.
