Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel commercial sex acts, provide a place for commercial sex acts, or provide a fund, land or building, knowing that commercial sex acts are provided for commercial sex acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment at the “F” business establishment located within approximately 175 meters away from the boundary of K elementary school, which is an educational environment protection zone, as set forth in the preceding paragraph, by employing female employees, and allowing them to receive money and valuables from many unspecified males and to conduct similar sexual intercourse.
