A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Changwon District Court to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on January 12, 201.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. At around 22:00 on January 6, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold 100,000 won from the frontway of the E-gu Party located in D, E-gu, Jinhae, and Metepia (one philophone), a psychotropic drug, two-time medication, one for a single injection, containing approximately 0.1g of approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs.

B. On June 4, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g oponon in a single-use injection machine, dilutiond with bio-related, and administered them in a way of injection to his left blood cells.

C. On June 4, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g oponon in a single-use injection machine, dilutiond with bio-related, and administered them in a way of injection to his left blood cells.

3. Possession of phiphones.

A. On June 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:10, on Jinju-si, kept a one-time injection machine containing approximately 0.32 g of philopon on the left part of the parking lot of K K golf practice range located in Jinju-si, and carried it.

B. At around 18:50 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant, at Jmotour 306, located in Jmoto City, Jmotour 306, containing approximately 1.8 grams of philophonephones, and carried them.
