A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as a victim B (n, 38 years of age, intellectual disability 2 level) and D in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon.

1.
