1. All appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

The reasoning for the court’s explanation on the instant case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding “the testimony of the witness F of the court of first instance” to “each statement of No. 1 through 10” of No. 3 of the judgment of the court of first instance No. 9 of the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiff and defendant are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
