A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the crime of injury at the Seoul Northern District Court on October, 2017, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five times on February 1, 2017.

On June 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought the horses of the victim in Jung-gu, Seoul, where the victim C (n, 40 years of age) resides; (b) sought the horses that the victim would walk; and (c) held the victim’s face part and the arms of the victim by drinking booming the victim’s face part and the arms of the victim by drinking booming the victim’s boom, etc.; and (d) held the victim’s face, the bat part of the bat, etc., for the number of days of treatment.
