1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,079,923 as well as KRW 38,831,395 as to the Plaintiff from May 26, 2017.

1. On September 25, 2014, the Plaintiff determined the cause of the claim at the interest rate of KRW 60 million per annum and interest rate of KRW 13.9% per annum. On the same day, Defendant B guaranteed the above loan obligations of Defendant A with joint and several liability, Defendant A lost the benefit of time due to delinquency in payment of the principal and interest of the loan from November 2016. As of May 25, 2017, the fact that the leased principal was KRW 38,831,395, and overdue interest rate of KRW 248,528 can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings as stated in the evidence No. 1 and No. 2.

Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the money set forth in Paragraph (1) of this Article to the plaintiff.

2. Conclusion, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is accepted.
