Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 3.5m to 4m wide on a road located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, the elderly C around 14:00, and (b) was the only road that the said road passes through social welfare foundation D, E, village residents, F, etc.; (c) on the ground that it causes danger to the Defendant’s house nearby the said road by passing large vehicles, such as buses and dump trucks, even though it is a state-owned land, the Defendant interfered with traffic by making it considerably difficult for other people to pass the road through both sides of the road by means of storing cement with a applied stone and reducing the width of the road.
