Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise car.

On November 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car on the 14:45th day of November, 2013, and led to the flow of the 88 local road from the north to the west of the Korean Peninsula, which is located in the rearrangement of the Vindication of the Korean Peninsula in Young-gu.

At this point, since the road is bended by the left-hand line with the center line of yellow-ray, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly protect the vehicle line and prevent accidents by using the steering gear and brakes accurately.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury of the victim C, such as four or more closed dysium, including a fysium, which requires approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the victim E (V, 66 years old), who was on board the fysium of the said cargo vehicle, such as pressure dysium 2 inverteballs, which require approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the victim F (V, 28 years old) who was on the back of the said vehicle, including three fys of closed dys, which require approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment.
