1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years;

2. It shall be returned to the victims C one unit (number 1) of seized Nowon-computers;

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the said sentence on February 25, 2014.

1. On October 18, 2015, around 11:30 on October 11, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the interior stairs of the victim E, which were installed in the Seoul Jung-gu building 301, and opened the entrance door by shouldering the glass of the middle entrance installed in the middle of the said stairs, and opened it inside the victim’s residence to continuously enter the victim’s residence, thereby damaging the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and damaged the victim's property.

2. On January 29, 2016, around 17:50 on January 29, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the victim G’s house located in the second floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building through the main window opened outside the house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

3. On January 29, 2016, around 19:27, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “Ist Job World” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul; (b) went into the front of the “Ist Job World”; and (c) went into the front of the opening door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, which was located in the first floor door door door door door door door door, the Defendant stolen another’s property by intrusioning the victim’s residence at night.

4. On February 16, 2016, from around 19:00 to 07:00 the following day, the Defendant opened the toilet window at the K Hospital located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and intruded into the above separate office, and then intruded into a building at night by having 1,00,000 won or more of the market price owned by the victim L (head of the hospital) and 200,000 won of the market price owned by the victim L (head of the hospital).
