Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2013, around 23:20 on July 23:2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the office of the vehicle accident investigation department of the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-dong 9, the Defendant appealed that his daily activities had been controlled due to drinking driving; (b) the Defendant sent the victim C (the 37 years of age) who is a chief traffic station and the police officer belonging to the Seoul Songpa Police Station, “I see that I am, ring, I am, I am under the age of 37 years”; and (c) 4-5 times the victim’s breast, am under the shoulder; and (d) one time the part of the victim’s left side of the drinking drinking drinking, the Defendant sawd the victim about two weeks of the chest-gu chest-gu wall that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
