1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C refers to the amount of KRW 2.5 million and each of the Defendant’s above part of the attached Table 1 as stated above.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 1971, A Savings Bank (hereinafter “A Savings Bank”) was established with the trade name “Stock Company” for the purpose of receiving deposits and installment savings, lending funds, and discounting bills. On October 1996, the trade name was changed as of October 1996. On February 19, 2011, Articles 2 and 14(2) of the Act on the Structural Improvement of the Financial Industry and Article 24(2) of the Mutual Savings Banks Act were designated as an insolvent financial institution by the Financial Services Commission and was ordered to suspend its business.
In addition, as a result of the inspection by the Financial Supervisory Service, it is evaluated that the capital adequacy ratio of the Bank for International Settlements (BS) standard is less than 1% in excess of its assets. On April 29, 2011, M was suspended from performing its duties and was appointed as a manager in accordance with the order to improve the management of insolvent financial institutions and the order to improve the management, and on March 5, 2012, the Plaintiff was appointed as a trustee in bankruptcy upon the ruling of bankruptcy as the Gwangju District Court 201Hamhap1.
The Defendants are those who have been in charge of the officers of the A savings bank, and their specific positions and their terms of office are as follows:
