A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle in the PM5-car under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the said CM5 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) as above.
