1. The Defendant’s 5% per annum from May 8, 2019 to April 23, 2020 on each of the above 10,000,000 won and each of the above money to the Plaintiffs.

Facts of recognition

The defendant holds an inaugural general meeting in March 2018 after obtaining approval from the committee for establishing an association for implementing a housing redevelopment project for H HJ G in Busan, and is a housing redevelopment project partnership which completed the registration of incorporation on May 18, 2018 with approval for establishing an association on May 18, 2018.

The Plaintiffs are currently members of the Defendant’s association, with the consent form designating the rearrangement project zone, the consent form for the establishment of the promotion committee, and the consent form for the establishment of the association in order to implement the said redevelopment project and establish the association from January 201 to April 2018.

On December 5, 2018, the Defendant decided to pay each of the Plaintiffs KRW 100 million to the Plaintiffs as “expenses for activities” at the board of directors, the board of representatives on December 17, 2018, and the extraordinary general meeting on January 5, 2019.

[Grounds] The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiffs 10 million won each of the above "expenses" as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act and 12% per annum as requested by the plaintiff from May 8, 2019 to April 23, 2020, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, as requested by the plaintiff, from May 8, 2019 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and from the next day to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
