A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

In light of the fact that during the period of sentencing for the reason of sentencing under Article 53 and Article 55(1)3 of the Criminal Act, a dangerous object is used first by exercising violence that leads to the head of the victim with beer flick, and that the victim already flicked has been inflicted with knife repeatedly, and that the victim already flicked has inflicted a serious injury on knife.
