A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:10 on December 3, 2013, the Defendant ordered water joints, beer, three bottles, and beer, one disease, etc., as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price to the victim even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverage and safes.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim and being provided water joints worth KRW 30,000, a total market price of which was 30,000 from the victim’s seat, did not pay the price, thereby acquiring the same pecuniary profit.

On December 4, 2013, around 16:50, the Defendant ordered the “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to pay the price to the victim, and even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages, he paid the price to the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price to the victim, and ordered the Daegu Y or Seoju 3 illness.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with Daegu sugar, etc. equivalent to the total market price of KRW 21,00,000, and did not pay the price, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
