A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on July 28, 201, and the records of punishment for the same crime are more than twice.
Criminal facts
On March 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a BN motor vehicle at approximately 70 meters away from the 70-meter section to the front side passage of the above apartment complex, in a light of the influence of alcohol content of 0.240% among blood transfusions, 0.240%.

The number of reasons for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, which the defendant was punished for driving under the influence of alcohol, and the time of such punishment (three times as a fine in 201, 2005, and 201), and the numerical value of alcohol concentration in blood at the time of driving under the instant drinking, and other factors indicated in the instant pleadings, such as the defendant's age, sexual conduct, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, after considering the circumstances after the crime, shall be determined as the sentence as ordered.
