[2014고정3532] 피고인들은 D과 함께, 2014. 3. 25. 21:45경 인천 부평구 E에 있는 'F' 앞길에서, 위 커피숍에 일행들과 같이 들어가다가 피해자 G(여, 29세)와 부딪히자 그 일행인 피해자 H(30세)와 시비가 되어, 피고인 B은 피해자 H의 멱살을 잡고 주먹으로 얼굴 부위를 때리고, 피고인 A은 이에 가세하여 발로 위 피해자의 허벅지 부위를 걷어차고 주먹으로 머리 부위를 수회 때리고, D은 발로 위 피해자의 허벅지 부위를 걷어차고, 넘어진 피해자의 발가락 부위를 밟고, 이에 피해자 H의 처인 피해자 G가 피해자 H를 감싸 안자 D은 피해자 G의 허벅지 부위를 걷어차고, 피고인 A은 피해자 G의 옆구리 부위 등을 발로 걷어차고, 주먹으로 머리 부위를 때리고, 피해자 I(34세)가 이를 말리자 피고인 A은 발로 위 피해자의 가슴 부위를 걷어차고, D은 위 피해자의 가슴 부위를 발로 걷어찬 다음 이에 쓰러진 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 발로 걷어찼다.
