A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a person who resides in 103 of the Goyang-gu C building 103 in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the defendant, as a person who resides in the above C building 301, appeared to have opened the entrance and password.

1. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim’s residence by using the password, which was initially launched between the victim’s house and his house in the victim’s house at around 19:00 on December 12, 2016; and (b) cut off the victim’s house with one color booming 30,000 won of the market price; and (c) one panty coloring 20,000 won of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s residence at the beginning of January 1, 2017, around 19:00, in the same manner as paragraph (1) on January 1, 2017; (b) placed two panty panty 20,000 won in the market price owned by the victim and two panty panty 20,000 won in the market price; and (c) stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. On January 24, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence in the same manner as that of paragraph (1) on January 24, 2017, and stolen the victim’s market price, one blue-ray in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,00,00 in the market price, one white-ray in an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price, one KRW 50,000 in the market price, one color-ray in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market price, and one roll in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
